ORDER This 27th day of March, 1992, it appearing that petitioners, James L. Martin and Marion C. Valenti, seek to invoke the original jurisdiction of this Court for the issuance of the extraordinary writs of prohibition and of mandamus directed to Bernard Balick, Judge, Superior Court, seeking review of a bench ruling of Superior Court purportedly striking a motion for summary judgment prepared by James L. Martin as Ms. Valenti's ""attorney"" because James L. Martin was not a member of the Bar of this Court; and it appearing that the Complaint manifestly fails on its face to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court to issue, in its discretion, such extraordinary writs, and by which petitioners seek to ""enjoin Judge Balick from excluding Martin"" or ""to compel Judge Balick to allow Ms. Valenti to continue presenting her civil case with the assistance of Martin serving of counsel""; and the Court having concluded, in the exercise of its discretion, that the giving of notice would serve no meaningful purpose, and that any response would be of no avail; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Court, acting sua sponte, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(c), that the petition be and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
